Simply return any unused merchandise along with the receipt (a printout of your email confirmation works fine, too) within 30-days of the original purchase and we will provide a full refund (less shipping cost), no questions asked.
Make sure to package fragile items appropriately to ensure that they don’t break during shipment, as items broken during return shipment cannot be used for refunds or returns. If you need advice on how to package such fragile items, just let us know!

Don’t worry if your order was damaged during its shipment to you! Simply contact us within 30 days of purchase, including your order number and the exact item(s) damaged during transit. In most cases we will have replacement product on its way to you the next business day. We suggest you hold on to your damaged product until the replacement arrives, as we might ask you to send photos so we can file a claim with the shipper.
If you prefer to exchange your order for different merchandise simply follow the Returns instructions above. Remember to email us in advance or include a note detailing the item(s) you wish to receive in exchange. Exchanges are limited to in-stock merchandise, and the new total cannot exceed the original total paid. Refunds cannot be given for any balance left over from the original purchase.
